Unlike other auction services, we focus mainly on auctioning real estate. We don't normally auction vehicles, cattle, antiques, art, etc. although we are happy to auction household contents if needed as part of our real estate auction contract.

Meet the Team
You won't find two more passionate and caring individuals who are as devoted to making your real estate auction experience as either a seller or a buyer the best it can be!
Erik is a licensed auctioneer in both Vermont and New Hampshire. He has over 25 years of IT and corporate training experience in various industries including legal services, health care, financial services and manufacturing. He currently serves as Executive Director of the Cohase Regional Chamber of Commerce serving the Vermont communities of Bradford, Fairlee and Newbury and the New Hampshire communities of Haverhill, Orford and Piermont. Erik holds a BA in Communications from Rhode Island College and a MEd in Education from the University of Massachusetts/Boston. Erik is actively involved in a variety of community organizations and is a former amateur stand-up comedian as well as an actor in community theater productions.
Phil has over 25 years of experience in the world of sales, business and technology including over 15 years at GE-Fanuc. He is an avid salesperson and has a keen interest in real estate and marketing. Philip holds a BA in Graphic Design from Rhode Island College and has received his Toastmasters Certification for Public Speaking. An accomplished chef and prolific gardener, Phil also excels in foreign languages including French and Spanish.
